News & Announcements
E-Tithing is available here at Pine Grove United Methodist Church. E- Tithing or Electronic Tithing is an alternate
method for collecting offering. This streamlined automatic collection process
benefits both members and our church. Members can elect to make their
contributions from their bank accounts on a regular basis such as weekly,
bi-weekly, or monthly. This alternate method of giving is safe and secure and
is similar to Direct Deposit of paychecks or paying utility bills with your
bank. If you provide your email
address you will receive an email every time your account is debited. To sign
up you must complete an authorization agreement for direct debit and return to
the treasurer. Copies are located on table in the Narthex. If you have any questions or concerns, please see
Charlie Brown.
Meal Ministry Outreach - We are in the process of gathering a group of individuals who would like to come together as a team to help provide meals and/or visitation when necessary. This need could be for someone who was recently hospitalized, someone who just welcomed a new member to the family, experienced a loss or simply just not feeling well and may need some help from their church family. If this ministry outreach sounds like something you would be interested in becoming a part of, please see the information sheet on the bulletin board or contact Donna Lentz. Our prayers are that God brings together a unique team who share their love of cooking as well as their love for Christ by serving in this special way.
Tuesday Morning Bible Study - We are studying "Safe In The Shepherd's Arms: Hope and Encouragement from the 23rd Psalm" by Max Lucado. We meet on Tuesday Mornings at 10:30a.m. in the prayer room. All are welcome to attend.
